InnoVita’s UV-C SARS-COV-2 Irradiation Products

Detection – Elimination – Verification

InnoVita UV Virus Sterilization Technology Goals

  1. Exceed NIH lab results & recommendations by 200+%
  2. Portable (Lightweight & Battery Powered)
  3. 99.99% Single Pass Airflow Virus Deactivation (Elimination)
  4. Reduce the size and energy footprint as compared to the NIH setup
  5. Multiple technology form factors; air handler, portable, table top and personal
  6. Safe to operate with people in the interior space
  7. Technology transferable – port the technology into other forms to meet needs of specific applications
  8. Low cost – Same or similar cost to current industry offerings, but with 300%++ more performance.

We incorporated these results into the design of  InnoVita’s UV Sterilization Technology and then applied all of our goals for the technology and then measured the results.

Products

  1. Rooftop/Airhandler (in duct) : IDVS-4000

The IDVS-4000 is designed to be installed in the main ductwork trunkline of the building’s air distribution system. The pressure drop across the IVDS-4000 is less than 0.25” H2O in standard flow and velocity systems, and where there are the necessary filters installed on the inlet to prevent any dust etc. from impairing the operation of the IVDS-4000. Power supply is single phase 120VAC for most applications under 12,000 CFM. Above 12,000 CFM, we have a 220 VAC single phase upgrade.

2.Portable Room Virus Sterilizer:  PRVS-4000

The PRVS-4000 & PRVS-4000-AI are InnoVita’s most flexible products. These products are designed to be used in any room where there is a need to reduce the amount of any virus including CoVid-19.

There are 2 versions of the PRVS-4000. The first version, PRVS-4000-AI, incorporates InnoVita’s “Virus Infection Risk Factor™ (VIRF) technology, while the second version (PRVS-4000) does not, but has a much lower price point. Both versions provide the exact same level of air flow and virus sterilization; however, the PRVS-4000-Ai incorporates the VIRF technology.

3.Tabletop: TTVS-4000

The InnoVita TTVS-4000 table top/nightstand UV sterilizer is designed for commercial and residential  applications. Commercially, the TTVS-4000 will work well in commercial applications where you need a very localized virus sterilization point source.

For example, this unit will work well for being placed on a table at a restaurant, or on a conference table at a place of business. In future versions we are incorporating the capability for adding a small lamp light, or electric candle to the top of the unit to have it blend in more with its environment.

We also anticipate offering two performance versions of the TTVS-4000 in order to two price points for the market. One version will employ InnoVita’s “Virus Infection Risk Factor™ (VIRF) technology and the other version will be a lower priced one without it. Each version will have the same UV sterilization capacity.

4.Personal Inhalation Virus Sterilization: PIVS-4000

The InnoVita PIVS-4000 is our most ambitious technological design of the four current product/technology types. Here we have shrunk the technology form factor dramatically, and introduced 2 new technologies for this application.

The first new technology is called “Nasal Passage Air Pressure Modulation™ (NPAPM). Here, the PIVS-4000 maintains a slightly positive pressure in the wearer’s nasal passage based on the exhalation nasal pressure in order to prevent any non-sterilized air from entering.

This the reverse in what you find in a hospital’s negative pressure isolation room for diseases such as Tuberculosis (TB). With NPAPM, we are developing pressure sensors which continually monitor the nasal passage pressure (fluctuations in breathing), and adjust the net sterilized air flow accordingly.
